Problem Note 64969: The SAS® Workload Orchestrator service is unresponsive intermittently

The SAS Workload Orchestrator service changes to a nonresponsive state periodically. During that time, a deadlock occurs on the daemon, and additional grid sign-ins are unsuccessful.
Restarting the service temporarily corrects the issue.
